Join for our autumn adventure and executive board elections! Considering running for a position? We'll be electing a new President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, and Magistrate. All nominations should be submitted and accepted by November 1st. Voting may take place online or in-person, but let your voice be heard on November 8th!- Location: Volunteer Park
- Time: 12 noon–4 pm
- Weapons Check: 12 noon–1 pm
## Election Details
- Nominations are due and must be accepted by the nominee by November 1st
- Votes may be submitted in-person or online (via Discord or other method of reaching Salt) on November 8th
- At present, 3/5ths of the current EB do not plan to run again
- EB Roles
. - President: Chairs meetings (EB and General), responsible for maintaining nonprofit status and insurance, final judge on rules questions if Magistrate is unavailable
. - VP: fills in for President if unavailable, maintains and stores club loaner gear and supplies
. - Secretary: keeps record of meetings and events, maintains website, works with President and VP to publicize events
. - Treasurer: maintains club coffers, delivers financial report at Triumvirate and General meeting, issues reimbursements
. - Magistrate: chairs the Marshal's Council, in charge of updating the rulebook, final judge on rules questions
