Join Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher Celeste Greene for a joyful and uplifting experience at our free monthly Laughter Club. The Laughter Club held on the third Tuesday of every month at The Trolley Barn in Inman Park. We meet indoors or outdoors in the garden, depending on weather.
In the Laughter Club Celeste shares a blend of laughter exercises, deep breathing, and playful activities that will leave you feeling energized and connected. Join us and discover the transformative power of laughter in a supportive and fun environment.
Come as you are! The Laughter Yoga class does not require any special exercise clothing or equipment, but you may wish to bring a yoga mat to sit or lie down on at the end. You may also wish to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

There is a free parking lot and free on-street parking is available outside The Trolley Barn.

Laughter Yoga is a joyful practice that combines intentional laughter exercises with deep breathing techniques. Both genuine laughter and self simulated laughter have health benefits. In this group, we laugh on purpose, breathe, play, and feel the amazing health benefits of laughter!
You don’t need to be flexible or funny — just open to laughter and fun!
