About this Event
As We Are is a community-led art project from Over the past months we’ve posted free creative packages to artists of all kinds, from beginners to professionals, so they could explore their creativity in a way that felt comfortable for them.
Now we’re coming together to share what they made.
Join us for a relaxed gallery night where artists will show their work and some pieces will be for sale. At 4:15pm, a panel of artists will talk about what creativity, accessibility and expression mean to them.
The night is a (slightly belated) celebration of International Day of People with Disability. It’s a space for creative exploration free from ideas of “good” and “bad” art, and a chance to connect with peers, including people with mental health challenges and people with disability.
Come for the whole afternoon or drop in for a little while. You’re welcome to arrive and leave whenever suits you.
