It's been four years of turning pain into power, survivors finding their voice, being seen, and celebrating their endurance, resilience, and recovery. Survivors are equipped with an artistic toolbox of various art modalities to reduce stress through writing, dance, and visual art. Workshop presenters teach survivors to utilize somatic techniques like journaling and creative writing, meditation, mindfulness, gratefulness, practicing self-care, and relaxation techniques to help support their mental health.
