In collaboration with Filter Photo Festival, MoCP and the School of Visual Arts at Columbia College Chicago welcomes artist Tarrah Krajnak for combined program as part of Lectures in Photography and the Art Now! Lecture series.
Tarrah Krajnak is a Los Angeles-based artist and educator. Her work investigates the consideration of bodies in photographs through connections to the eart, histories, and creative practices of other women. A 2024 Guggenheim Fellow, and 2020 recipient of the Lange-Taylor Prize from the Center for Documentary Studies, Krajnak's work is in the permanent collections of the Museum of Maodern Art, New Ypork, Tate Modern, London; Msueum of Contemporary Photography, Chicago; and others.
