About this Event
Art is Cool Presents: Jazz featuring the Jason Grant Quintet
A night of jazz on historic East 11th Street
Slow down, settle in, and let the music carry you into the weekend.
On Friday, November 13, the Jason Grant Quintet brings warm, melodic jazz to the African American Cultural and Heritage Facility, right in the heart of East 11th Street, a corridor with a deep musical legacy. Expect lush keys, a bass line you can feel, crisp grooves, and sax that’ll stay with you long after the last note.
The band
- Jason Grant, trumpet
- Ryan Howard, piano
- Jamail Chachere, bass
- Dorian Verner, drums
- Darius J., saxophone
