About this Event
What if healthier relationships begin with feeling safer within yourself?
Join us for an interactive somatic attachment experience exploring how your attachment patterns influence communication, emotional triggers, conflict, and connection. Through an attachment-style framework, guided reflection, breathwork, and sound healing, you will gain practical tools to regulate your emotions, understand your relationship patterns, and feel more at home in your body.
Come alone or bring a partner, friend, or family member. Tonight isn’t just a therapy session, it’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and create more secure, intentional relationships.
Co-facilitated by Sakena Whilby, LPC and Bryce Connor, LPC, this is a elevated evening that lets you feel what secure attachment could be like, then gives you a clear, warm path to keep the work going with you.
What you'll move through:
- A Ritual Welcome
- The Discovery — an interactive attachment-style assessment, live in the room
- The Practical Side — how your style shows up at work, with family, and in romantic relationships, through two therapists' lenses
- The Shift —learn the tools needed to navigate your emotions
- The Somatic Anchor — learning what your body feels like at rest, so you can find your way back under stress
- The Closing Ceremony — guided breathwork flowing into a candlelit tea meditation
What's included in every ticket: Full 3-hour experience, ritual opening, both teachings, somatic breathwork, closing tea ceremony, adaptogen drinks and light grazing, a take-home Regulation Kit, and a printed keepsake packet with the attachment-style assessment, somatic practices, worksheets, and journaling prompts.
