Discover the story of essential oils and how scent can influence emotions & mood. Through guided sensory smelling and aroma balancing, you’ll learn how to choose oils intuitively and notice how different aromas affect you.
You’ll then create your own luxurious, personalised face cream, selecting essential oils that resonate with your senses. This cream is immediately put to use as you’re guided through face yoga techniques, learning how to massage, tone, lift, and relax the facial muscles while supporting the skin naturally.
You’ll also craft a bespoke oil blend tailored to your needs and learn simple ways to use aroma in everyday life for ongoing wellbeing.
There will also be time to unwind, enjoy complimentary refreshments and relaxed connection with others. We conclude with a gentle sensory close with Koshi chime sounds, and a complimentary Neal’s Yard goody bag to take home. There may even be a chocolate or two
