🚀 Magic: The Gathering – Star Trek Draft! 🖖Space, the final frontier… and your next great deck! Join us for our MTG Star Trek Draft and see what you can build.
📅 Sunday, 8th November
🕧 Sign-ups: 12:30pm
⚔️ Games start: 1pm
💰 Entry: £TBD
🖖 How does the draft work?
Everyone starts with three draft booster packs. Here's how it works:
🚀 1. Open and pick! Each player opens their first pack, chooses one card to keep, then passes the remaining cards to the player next to them.
🌌 2. Keep the cards moving. Pick one card from each pack passed to you, then pass the rest along. Keep going until every card has been picked. You'll repeat this process with all three packs, alternating the direction you pass them in.
🃏 3. Build your deck. Once all three packs have been drafted, use the cards you've picked to build a deck of at least 40 cards. You can add as many basic lands as you need, which we'll provide.
⚔️ 4. Time to battle! Put your deck to the test against the other players and see how your strategy holds up.
A few things to remember:
You keep every card you draft.
You can choose any colours you like, so see what works best with the cards you pick.
Your deck must contain at least 40 cards, including lands.
You don't need to bring your own deck. Just turn up ready to draft!
Every draft is different, so adapting your strategy as you go is all part of the fun.
Whether you're a seasoned planeswalker or a fresh recruit reporting for duty, come along, crack some packs and join us for a trip to the final frontier.
Make it so. 🖖
