APG Noisy Thinking: Where do great ideas come from?
with Bruce Daisley
Wednesday 23rd September 2026 | 6pm-8pm BST | Live at Uncommon, London
Bruce Daisley is a brilliantly imaginative thinker who has produced some of the freshest and most pervasive ideas about work, culture and creativity.
We are incredibly lucky that he has agreed to share some of this thinking with the APG and MPG community. He’s going to talk about how acknowledged creative ‘greats’ have answered the creativity question: How the lone creative genius might be becoming a myth, how collaboration is key to success now, how a volume of ideas might be far more powerful than focusing all your attention on crafting just one. And he’ll ask where are the best ideas created?
Which leads us to how all of this relates to us in our work world? What do we need to understand about the dynamics of teams to be more creative? What is the role of psychological safety? Where should we be working? What are the pragmatic ideas that we should consider?
We’ve briefed Bruce that Noisy Thinking is lively - and noisy! (At least intellectually. You all being planners and strats.) So come with your questions as there will be a good stretch of time to have your say and for all of us to have a bit of a debate.
