ANIKO Foundations Autumn Reset: Preparing for the Season Ahead
A 90-Minute Workshop on Nervous System Awareness, Sustainable Recovery & Intentional Well-Being
Saturday, November 7, 2026 | 7:00–8:30 PM
Black Swan Yoga – Kirby | Houston, Texas
Recovery Is Preparation, Not a Reward.
The holiday season often brings fuller schedules, increased responsibilities, changing routines, and competing expectations.
We prepare for celebrations, travel, and commitments—but how often do we prepare for our own well-being?
Join ANIKO Lifestyle & Wellness for an evidence-informed, educational and experiential workshop exploring practical ways to recognize stress patterns, establish supportive boundaries, and make recovery part of everyday life.
Rooted in The ANIKO Balance Method™, this 90-minute experience brings together guided breathing, accessible movement, a restorative yoga journey, and reflection to help you prepare for the season ahead with greater intention.
What You'll Experience
Understanding: Explore how accumulated demands and disrupted routines can influence stress and recovery.
Breath: Practice comfortable breathing techniques that encourage awareness and intentional pauses.
Movement: Experience gentle, breath-led yoga and mindful movement suitable for different experience levels.
Rest: Make space for guided relaxation and restorative practices.
Reflection: Identify supportive boundaries, realistic recovery habits, and meaningful priorities for the season
What You'll Take Home
You'll create a personalized Holiday Recovery Plan with simple practices and intentions to reference throughout the weeks ahead.
