About this Event
Anger isn’t the enemy.
It’s a powerful and protective emotion — one that can show us when something isn’t okay, when a boundary has been crossed, or when something inside us needs to be heard.
And yet, so many women have learned to suppress it, judge it, fear it, or turn it inward.
Anger. Feel it. Hear it. Release it. is a 2-hour, in-person somatic workshop for women designed to create a safe and supportive space to explore anger differently — not as something to get rid of, but as something to understand, express and move through.
What to expect
During our time together, we’ll explore:
• Why anger is often misunderstood — and what it may be trying to communicate
• Anger from a nervous-system perspective
• Guided somatic breathwork to help you connect with emotions held in the body
• Safe, embodied practices for expressing and releasing anger
• A supported witnessing circle where you’ll have the opportunity to give your anger a voice
• An Emotion Code® group clearing for emotions that may be ready to release
• Grounding and integration to help you leave feeling settled and connected to yourself
You never have to force an emotion or perform a release. You’ll always be encouraged to listen to your body, honor your own boundaries and participate at the level that feels right for you.
This isn't about becoming less angry.
It’s about learning to listen to what your anger may be telling you — and creating space for greater clarity, stronger boundaries, self-trust and inner freedom.
You don’t have to silence your anger to find peace.
No previous experience with breathwork, somatic practices or energy work is necessary.
This workshop is for women. Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate and supported.
