About this Event
Azahir is a community-based NGO that operates in the most marginalized areas and refugee camps of northern Lebanon.
Azahir's mission is to create safe spaces for at-risk children and meaningful opportunities for youth through education, psycho-social support and community development.
The evening will be a beautiful night of solidarity, with an opportunity to help fund the efforts that are shaping the next generation of Palestinian and Lebanese children in Akkar.
There will be a variety of artisan items from Nahr el Bared Refugee Camp for purchase, as well as countless items available during our auction.
We will have tunes from DJ Simone Says throughout the evening, and a comedy performance from a special guest you won't want to miss. Speakers include Azahir founder, Alexandra Tohme, members of the Board, and a livestream conversation from the Camp.
DCO has graciously donated their space to host this event. There will be hors d'oeuvres prepared by BearLeek Chef de Cuisine and Co-Owner, Rema Maaliki. The ticket purchase includes one drink ticket, followed by a cash bar for any additional drinks.
There is limited on-site parking at the DCO lot, and street parking available.
