About this Event
This three hour course is for people who have been invited to become facilitators for the "Ask Me How I Am" young people's workshop.
You will experience the workshop, which has helped hundreds of people understand self-harm better.
The trainer, Juliet, devised the workshop and is the executive producer of the film, which was co-produced with young people.
To take part, you will need to have watched three training videos of no more than an hour each, in the week before. You will be sent these at least one week before.
Once you have completed the course, you will be able to deliver the workshop to young people yourself. You will have access to on-going advice and support from experienced training and peers.
