The Andover Recreation Department will be hosting "Howl-O-Ween" on October 24 at "The Park" (Town Common) at the corner of Chestnut and Bartlet Streets from 1pm to 3pm. White Street Band will be entertaining with our classic rock 'n blues. It should be a great time! The event will include a Dog Costume Contest and Parade (great fun!), and there will be food trucks available for lunch, a Beer and Wine Garden, and, of course, White Street Band! No admission charge. For the Dog Costume Contest, there is a $5 registration fee per dog, with proceeds going to the Andover Dog Park.
