Alessio is the founder of Hito Holistic Health, a private clinic in Biscuit Factory, near Bermondsey Station, offering Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Massage and Alternative Therapies, combining the best of Western evidence based medicine with the ancient traditions of Eastern cultures.

He is an experienced Senior Physiotherapist and Energy Healer, Sound Healer, Gong Master, Pilates teacher, Craniosacral Therapist and much more.

He began his sound journey as piano/guitar student since childhood, when he also started growing his personal collection of traditional music instruments from all around the world. Later he discovered the power of Himalayan Bowls under the guidance of a Tibetan teacher until finding a deep love for the gongs.

After training with Harriet Emily to become sound healer and with Sarah Gregg, from Reiki Drum, to become Gong Master, he is now regularly incorporating healing sounds in his therapeutic sessions, one to one or in small groups, often combining sounds with acupuncutre and energy healing. He daily helps many clients to completely resolve their conditions, facilitating a deep relaxation and emotional releases through sound and his multiple skills.
