Inner Alchemy Breathwork Journey & Sound Bath
Join me for a transformative journey of Ceremonial Cacao, Breathwork, and Sound Bath combined. In this 2-hour experience, we'll activate the breath through conscious connected breathing, focusing on releasing anxiety, stress, worry and fear blocking the Third Eye. Then, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls to drop into a deeply meditative state, shifting your internal frequency And aligning to your intention.
This weeks ceremony has specific focus on removing blockages in the Third Eye. We will bring specific intention with the breath into the pineal gland to open your intuition and third eye connection, looking to create more inner trust and a deeper connection to yourself, which will support quantum leaps within your inner healing journey.
Tuning into your inner world and harmonize yourself into the life you desire. Let go of what no longer serves and release emotions creating energetic blocks.

Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with body and energy work and a powerful chakra attuned sound healing journey to guide you into states of deep transformation. When worked with in this way, your breath becomes a bridge to access the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit, providing you with an opportunity to uncover patterns that have you stuck, receive powerful insights, release emotions and move energy.
How often do we actually think about the 25,000 breaths we take on average in a day? We don’t, its such a natural intuitive part of who we are, that it often doesn’t get a second thought. But if you take this moment while you are reading this to feel into how your breath is moving it can tell us so much. Are your ribs tight? Is your heart and chest tense? Can you feel pressure in your abdomen? Are you carrying tension in your shoulders? The day to day stress that we naturally live through, from being on trains, at work, going to the gym, family life and just navigating our lives, is constantly impacting our nervous system and rarely do we give ourselves the opportunity to reset and regulate.
This is an invitation to embrace the totality of what it means to be human, express the full range of emotions that may arise and connect with yourself on new levels. The class will include an opening circle/instructions, a breathwork journey and integration with crystal bowls and a space to share your experience if you wish to. Absolutely no experience is necessary, come exactly as you are.
Thalia Jones is a highly experienced Breathworker, Energy & Sound Healer and runs plant medicine retreats. Based between London, Bali & Ibiza.
