About the Author: Timothy Hedden (right)is an award-winning writer and a 25-year veteran of the reality television industry. He spent over a decade behind the camera and inside the high-stakes edit bays crafting stories for the screen, most notably shaping the drama for hit franchises like The Real Housewives of Atlanta (where he edited the iconic “Gone With the Wind Fabulous” episode), The Real Housewives of New Jersey, The Real Housewives of Potomac, and Mob Wives. A lifelong storyteller who initially believed a childhood dyslexia diagnosis would prevent him from pursuing a career in writing, Timothy completely redefined his trajectory at fifty-seven. His first published essay was picked up by NBC News and went on to win a prestigious national NLGJA journalism award. His sharp, witty cultural commentary has also been featured in The Huffington Post and NowThis News. Drawing directly from the toxic manipulations, high-wire ratings stunts, and unfiltered chaos of his decades in production, Timothy has seamlessly pivoted into full-time fiction. Dead Housewives of Philadelphia is his debut novel.
