Calling all night owls! Join PS Take A Hike and WE DO HARD THINGS (WDHT) for a special nighttime trail experience on one of Palm Springs' iconic desert trails.The trail looks different after dark. So does the challenge. With headlamps lighting the way, we'll climb approximately 1.7 miles up Araby Trail to the Berns Trail junction before making our way 1.7 miles back down taking in the nighttime views of the Coachella Valley, and experience the energy of doing something hard together.This isn't about being the fastest or reaching the top first. It's about showing up, embracing your own hard work, and sharing the experience with others.
For some, that means running the trail. For others, it means hiking, finding a new rhythm, or experiencing the desert after dark for the first time.
We'll have a sweep crew at the back of the group so everyone can enjoy the experience at their desired pace.
We will meet at the Araby Trailhead off Southridge Dr. Parking is limited so carpool if you can. Be sure to wear trail running shoes, hiking boots or athletic shoes with grippy soles, layers and a headlamp. Pack water and salty snacks to stay hydrated and energized.
Come for the trail. Stay for the community. Leave knowing you did something hard.
