About this Event
Join us as we welcome the fantastic Sabaa Tahir for the release of the next installment of her phenomenal Heir duology, Empire.
A crumbling empire. An ancient evil. A lost homeland. A lie that could destroy the world...
Return to Heir's expansive world of fury and vengeance, where Tahir weaves a story of legacy and rebellion, of loyalty and freedom, and of what it means to confront the monsters that lurk within us all.
Sabaa Tahir is the bestselling author of the An Ember in the Ashes series, which has been translated into over thirty-five languages. She grew up in California's Mojave Desert at her family's eighteen-room motel. There, she spent her time devouring fantasy novels, listening to thunderous indie rock, and playing guitar and piano badly.
Sabaa Tahir will be discussing her latest fantasy epic at St Ann's Church in Manchester, followed by a book signing. Doors open at 18:00 ahead of the event beginning at 18:45.
There is a General Admission option as well as a Book & Ticket & Pin option, which includes a copy of Empire and an exclusive pin badge whilst stocks last.
