Everything Before Action - The work before the work
A great video doesn’t start on set. It starts weeks earlier, with the conversations, decisions and questions that shape everything that follows.
Budget? Deliverables? Audience? Deadline? What the work is actually supposed to accomplish? Getting aligned on those things early can be the difference between a smooth production and an expensive course correction later.
Spacejunk has been creating live-action and animated content for agencies and brands since 2002. In this session, they’ll pull back the curtain on the work that happens before production begins, using the development of longtime client Feetures’ first broadcast campaign as a real-world case study.
They’ll share how the project moved from early conversations and creative development through pre-production and onto the screen, including the decisions that mattered, the challenges along the way, and what they’ve learned from doing this work for more than two decades.
