Get ready to unwind and stretch with our All Levels Community Yoga Class with Safe Black Space!
Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, this in-person session is perfect for you. Join us to connect, breathe, and move in a welcoming community space. Bring your mat, your smile, and let's flow together. (Mats provided if needed).
No pressure, just good vibes and great poses!
Brought to you monthly on the 1st AND 3rd Saturdays of each month at 11:30am by Safe Black Space, co-sponsored by The Living Room and facilitated by Certfied Yoga Instructor Nakia Brazier for ONLY $10 each session! You're encouraged to come a little early (10-15 minutes) to get settled.
How to Find Us: Enter the parking lot for "Heartland Child and Family Services" off of Grand Avenue then come in through the door to the left of the red metal wall. The yoga class is in the Atrium.
