ALIVE WOMEN Lisbon
ALIVE WOMEN Lisbon is a two-hour journey into your body, your sensuality, and the joy of feeling fully alive.
A space to soften, feel deeply, dance boldly, and reconnect with the woman you are beneath everything you hold together.
You can love your life and still long for more.
More pleasure. More freedom. More room for your creativity, your desires, and the parts of yourself that don’t always get to come out.
How it works
Through music and guided somatic movement, Emmanuelle invites you to feel your body from the inside: your sensations, your needs, your own way of moving.
You might move gently, close your eyes, follow a small sensation. You might shake, laugh, take up space, and let yourself be the queen of the dancefloor.
Depth AND lightness. Strength AND softness.
Your sensuality has room here, without having to look a certain way or perform for anyone. You can explore what feels good, what feels true, and what wants to move.
This is a guided experience, with concrete tools and space for your unique dance. Emmanuelle responds to what unfolds in the group, so each session takes its own shape.
Women need women 🤍
We close with an intimate sharing circle, where you can put words to your experience and be heard by other women.
There is room for your tenderness, your power, your uncertainty, and your laughter. Sharing is always invited, never forced.
No dance experience needed. Women of all ages are welcome. Come as you are, in comfortable clothes.
Meet your facilitator
Emmanuelle Em is an artist, dancer, choreographer, and somatic dance therapist with 30 years of experience.
Her path has taken her from an MBA at ESSEC, Paris, to founding a dance school that brought together more than 700 dancers. She is also trained in trauma-informed coaching, group facilitation, and relationship dynamics.
On October 2, she premiered UNSHAMABLE, a transformative performance about truth, body, and freedom.
Today, she guides women and men to reconnect with their confidence, pleasure, voice, and creativity. At the heart of her work is a deep wish: that women remember who they are and never abandon themselves.
