About this Event
Event will feature live music and poetry from contributors to the Free Spoon Before He Serves 50 Years In Pr*son compilation, as well a live call-in from the Knight of Realness himself, Spoon Jackson.
Performers include:
- Fury Young (rock)
- Ben Pagano (rock/soul)
- Abelson Live (dance dj set)
- Ana Sofia Palacios (poems)
- more TBA!
Though five decades in Pr*son is grim, this will be a celebratory night where we gather fuel for the fight to get Spoon out. Spoon's No 50 petition is ongoing (please sign!), and his supporters and legal team are working to try to get California Governor Newsom to grant Spoon clemency before his terms ends January 2027 and Spoon hits 50 years in Pr*son.
We need all the action and noise we can make, so come out and support!
Thank you!
Fury
