One day to rebuild your recurring tasks with AI, from a precise prompt to your own agents and a workflow that gives you hours back every week. On your tasks, on your laptop.
What you can do afterwards:
– Prompt precisely: You write instructions that deliver usable texts, analyses and drafts on the first try.
– Automate routines: You spot which of your routines suit an agent and build the first one yourself.
– Chain workflows: You connect several steps into one flow: brief, research, draft, critique, approval.

– Instructions and prompts – Role, context, format, example: the anatomy of a prompt that works, in Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT.
– Your own agents – Set up an agent for a routine task, test it, improve it.
– Workflows – Link several agents into one chain, with a human deciding at the end.
– Data and quality – Rules for company data, typical errors, checking steps.
– Transfer – Your plan: three tasks you do with AI right away.

Bring: Please bring a laptop with access to Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT (the free version is enough).

Getting there: Hamilton House is a five-minute walk from King's Cross St Pancras: six Underground lines, trains from the north and the Eurostar from Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. From Heathrow, the Piccadilly line takes you to the door.
