About: Ahimsa Afternoon: Meditation, Movement, and Compassionate ReflectionA 2-Hour Experiential Journey with Caitlin Wiedenmann
Settle in for a two-hour immersion into Ahimsa, the yogic practice of non-harming and compassion toward all beings, including yourself. Through gentle meditation, slow and mindful movement, guided discussion on the Yamas and the Yoga Sutras, and reflective journaling, you'll explore where kindness already lives in your life and where you're being called to cultivate more of it, toward others and toward yourself.
The afternoon closes with a loving-kindness meditation and the Lokah Samastah mantra, leaving you grounded, gentle, and inspired to carry compassion forward.
