About this Event
Join the Triangle Board of Realtists (TRIBOR) for our October General Body Meeting as we welcome Evette Carpenter of Truist for an informative discussion on Affordable Housing Solutions & Programs in North Carolina. We'll explore housing affordability, available homeownership assistance programs, and opportunities to help more individuals and families overcome barriers to purchasing a home.
A Realtist's responsibility extends beyond facilitating transactions. It's about understanding the resources available, advocating for equitable access, and helping turn the possibility of homeownership into reality. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and discover ways we can better serve our clients and communities.
The Triangle Board of Realtist (TRIBOR) is a local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) - the nation’s oldest and most historic Black real estate trade association.
We are real estate agents, financial services professionals, asset managers, housing counselors, mortgage brokers, insurance professionals, attorneys, and more - all working together to make homeownership affordable, sustainable and attainable for Triangle area homebuyers.
