Guest Speaker: Nichole DiPippo
Nichole DiPippo is a short-term rental strategist and founder of Cozy Quarters Management, a boutique property management firm overseeing roughly 50 properties across the Triangle.
Before STR, she spent 15 years in corporate FP&A and wealth management, and she brings that lens to every property she touches: owners are investors, homes are assets, and the numbers have to work before the design does.
She also runs Lush Living Designs, an STR-focused interior design studio, and Salto Strategic Advisors, which helps small and mid-sized businesses integrate AI into their operations seamlessly. She speaks at industry conferences including VRMA International and is based in Apex.
