Stage and Screen audition technique and casting director workshop for professional Musical Theatre performers.

From Graduate to seasoned performer this two-day Masterclass provides an opportunity to flex your acting muscles in a professional but safe and supportive environment. You will get the opportunity to work on screen and have the chance to watch your material back. In addition, you will get the opportunity to explore auditioning for the stage, including sightreading. The course will be run by theatre director Hannah Chissick known for Pack of Lies - Menier Chocolate Factory, Mother Courage and her Children - Southwark Playhouse and Down the Dock Road - Liverpool Royal Court and Television actress Laura Checkley who has been in King Gary - BBC, BAFTA Award winning - In My Skin and Channel 4's Screw. Both have over 25 years’ experience in the industry as well as decades of experience in drama schools and ongoing training.

At the completion of your audition your taped, material will then be shared with award winning casting director Catherine Willis, known for Somewhere Boy which won the 2023 Royal Television Casting Award, Changing Ends, A Good Girls Guide to M**der and multi-award winning, Alma's Not Normal who will give individual feedback via one-on-one zoom sessions.

Please note, this is a 2 day workshop starting on Sunday 17th May 2026 and ending on Monday 18th May 2026. Each day the sesions start at 10 am and end at 5 pm, attendance is expected on both dates.
