About this Event

Sound Bath Meditation and Foot Reflexology

Step into a calm, restorative space and give yourself time to fully switch off. This Sound Bath Meditation and Foot Reflexology session is designed to help you release stress, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of balance and ease.

This experience brings together sound healing and reflexology in a way that supports both the mind and body, leaving you feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply rested.

What to expect

You’ll begin by getting comfortable in a peaceful setting, gently guided into relaxation through breath and intention.

As your body starts to soften, you’ll be immersed in a sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. The frequencies work subtly but powerfully, helping to quiet the mind and bring the body into a deeply relaxed state.

People often leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more rested, with improvements in sleep, stress levels, and overall wellbeing.

During the sound journey, you’ll receive foot reflexology. This is a gentle, hands-on treatment focused on pressure points in the feet. Depending on group size, everyone will receive a minimum of five minutes of reflexology.

What is reflexology

Reflexology is based on the idea that the feet reflect the whole body, with different areas corresponding to organs and systems.

By applying gentle pressure to these points, reflexology can support circulation, encourage the body’s natural healing processes, and help release areas of tension or imbalance. It’s a deeply calming treatment that allows the body to reset and return to a more balanced state.

Why combine sound healing and reflexology

Sound works on a vibrational and emotional level, helping to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. Reflexology works more physically through the body while also supporting energetic balance.

Together, they create a full-body experience that helps you slow down, switch off, and come back to yourself.

About Louise

Louise is a qualified sound therapist with a professional diploma in sound healing. Her work blends intuitive practice with science-backed approaches that support the nervous system, energy flow, and emotional wellbeing.

She creates calm, welcoming spaces where people can fully relax without pressure or expectation. Her sessions are designed to guide you into deep rest while gently supporting clarity, balance, and connection.

About Andrea

After receiving a Level 3 Diploma from the London School of Reflexology, Andrea has spent the last few years offering bespoke treatments across London in homes, workplaces, and clinical settings.

She also collaborates in sound bath sessions, bringing a calm and intuitive presence to group experiences. Her approach is centred on the belief that the body can heal itself when given the right conditions, time, and care.

Who this is for:

This session is ideal if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or run down, struggling with sleep, or simply in need of time to reset.

It’s also perfect if you’re curious about sound healing, meditation, or reflexology and want to experience them in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

No previous experience is needed.

Important information

This session is not suitable if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy, severe heart conditions, or certain serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia.

What to bring

Please bring something comfortable to lie on such as a yoga mat, along with a blanket and pillow so you can fully relax.
