Join Archway Gallery on Saturday, November 14, for an extraordinary five-course gourmet wine dinner where art and cuisine come together in a truly inspired experience. Chef Soren Pedersen will present five thoughtfully crafted courses, each inspired by the work of printmakers Blaine Davis and Charles Tanner, the evening’s guest artist, with each course paired with a unique wine.
Act 2 celebrates more than three decades of friendship, shared studios, creative collaboration and artistic exploration between Davis and Tanner. As the artists share the stories, inspirations and techniques behind their richly layered prints, Chef Soren will translate that creative journey to the plate. Like the art of printmaking itself with layers of details, the dinner will unfold from first impressions to discovery, experimentation and, ultimately, the final reveal. Each course offers a new interpretation of the artists’ work, creating a culinary progression that mirrors the creative process itself. Throughout the evening, guests will discover the striking parallels between fine art and fine dining—where patience, precision, imagination, experimentation and collaborationcome together to create something extraordinary.
