• Learn the basics of tuning forks and sound vibration
• Learn how to properly activate and work with tuning forks
• Experience both traditional and chakra tuning forks
• Explore grounding, relaxation and body awareness through vibration
• Participate in a 7-Chakra Tuning Fork Evaluation before and after your experience
• Practice working with tuning forks with a partner
• Experience a relaxing group sound & vibration session
• Leave with simple practices you can continue exploring at home.
✨ No experience is necessary. Everything will be taught and guided during the class.
