About this Event
Spring is here, the air lighter, the earth alive, and the rivers of energy within us stirring. We begin standing, bringing steadiness and presence through a gentle, slow Yang Walk the Dragon, guided by the four-part Daoist breath and Golden Seed. This opening grounds us, awakens the life within and invites the mind to settle into the body’s natural rhythm.
From this place of steadiness, we flow into Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and meditation, moving with the subtle currents of Qi. Together, we explore the body as a living landscape, awakening vitality, opening the heart and resting in the luminous spaces of awareness.
This is a time to:
- Plant the seeds of presence and vitality
- Let energy circulate freely through the body
- Touch the quiet clarity within
- Sink into a deep, nourishing stillness
All levels are welcome.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax.
Please share any injuries or conditions with Emma before practice.
This workshop is part of a seasonal series exploring the flow of Qi in Spring, the heart in Summer, the inner landscape of practice as the seasons unfold from Late Summer into Autumn and Winter.
