For the 6th edition of its photo residency, the Alliance is thrilled to welcome French-Italian photographer Melania Avanzato to Toronto. Known for her intimate portraits, she will spend a month developing a new project centered on her enduring fascination with memory and time. Labelled by the Photography Bicentennial – 200 years of photography: celebrating perspectives.
