Blending ancient meditation techniques with modern psychology and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), each session gently guides you into a state of deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Each guided class moves through five steps: body relaxation to release tension, passive meditation to settle into stillness, active meditation to draw in positivity, guided visualization to focus the mind and cultivate positive energy, and a soothing close in silence to integrate the calm and clarity you've gained.

PARKING
Parking at Music City Work Club is free! Park in the gated lot to the left of the building or in designated spots around the building. Just be sure to enter through the main entrance located through in the gated lot.
