This is a very special time of year to connect with your ancestry, and those you have lost. These sound frequencies and somatic practices can help open you up to connection with the spirit world, yourself, and your community. This is the space for that. I will guide you through breath work, vocal expressions, somatic practices, and then a gentle sound bath with my seven crystal quartz singing bowls. Bring a yoga mat, your favorite pillow and blanket. Bring a friend, or family member with you. Bring something that reminds you of someone in the spirit world that you'd like to connect with. There will be an altar. We will process our experience together if that is right for you. This is pay what you can and suggested amount is $45. Parking is easily accessible and free. There is a ramp for those in a wheel chair. There are two bathrooms in the building.

Chelsea Szegidewicz, ASMP is a trauma-informed sound healing practitioner based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a strong foundation in music, somatic movement, and nervous system regulation. A graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Music in Guitar Performance, Chelsea has worked as a professional musician and performer since 2013. In 2020, she earned a 200-hour Sound Practitioner Certification from Sound Embrace Institute, where she studied the science, history, and therapeutic application of sound healing.
She is an Associate Somatic Movement Professional through ISMETA and has completed three years of advanced training in Chi for Two®, an embodiment method rooted in polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and trauma recovery. This background allows Chelsea to create safe, attuned environments that support deep relaxation, emotional release, and connection.
Chelsea has facilitated hundreds of sound baths for organizations and communities across Metro Atlanta, including SCAD Atlanta, ADAC, MJCCA, and the Atlanta Shambhala Center. Her corporate sound bath experiences are designed to reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster team well-being through immersive sound and somatic awareness practices.
She offers sessions at her Stone Mountain studio and on-site for company events, leadership retreats, and wellness initiatives.
