About this Event
You are invited to a 2 hour event where we will be having a very important in-person conversation! We will be having a discussion about being male and female in the world and society, especially as it pertains to relationships between men and women.
A CONVERSATION: WHY CAN'T WE DROP OUR MALE AND FEMALE ROLES AND JUST BE HUMAN?
Since the dawn of time men and women have had their roles in society depending on whether you were born as a male or female. None of us get to choose how these pan out as we are taught from early on what being a man or women involves. We never question it. Yes the roles have changed over time however there is an expectation of what is socially accepted to what a man and a woman should be like. In 2026, we have seen a significant shift in these roles. We have greater access to anyone and everyone online and yet we are more lonely than ever. Dating is a nightmare, where women and men don't seem to be getting on any more. So these 2 hours is a deep dive into exploring all things men and women in our society. We will be looking at the following as a starting point in the conversation:
- If the roles of men and women are performative, (which it appear to be) then who does it primarily serve?
- How can we re-envision creating more up to date roles that are geared towards supporting each other instead of creating out dated power struggles that benefit neither men or women?
- How would that impact society and how it functions?
If you are a man or woman and you are open to hearing the various opinions and lived experience of others, then do come along to what is sure to be a very stimulating 2 hours conversation among other enquirying minds.
✅Adult men and women are welcome of all ages.
✅All opinions are welcome, as long as there is an understanding that different opinions are respected, and conveyed in a respectful way. An open mind and curiosity is needed, as this space is for anyone who believes critical thinking is still important as is being open to various and different points of views.
✅To attend there are limited free tickets and the rest of the tickets are donation based.
✅The tickets do not include any extras like travel to and from the meet up location, food, drink etc...
✅Ensure you switch off or mute your mobile phone during the time you are at the event. This is to ensure there are no distractions to being fully present to the moment.

Info: We meet up at the designated meet up point and wait for everyone to arrive before kicking off with the event. Please make sure you arrive no later than 17:10 as after that you will not be able to join if you are running late.

Info: Once we get to the event location, there will be a short intro to explain how the process will work and how to get the most out of the experience. For anyone who has connected with others in the group, the conversation doesn't have to end at 19:00 but can continue, after the event has come to an end...
