World-renowned organist Roger Sayer - chosen by composer Hans Zimmer for his soundtrack to Christopher Nolan's film Interstellar - will perform a powerful space-themed concert.Beginning with music from Thunderbirds, ET and Star Wars, the programme will major on the ground-breaking score for Interstellar, recorded by Roger himself.
The evening will include a short film about the making of the Interstellar soundtrack, offering insight into the collaboration behind one of cinema’s most unforgettable soundscapes.
You’ll hear first hand Roger’s experiences working with cinematic greats Nolan and Zimmer and be able to ask him questions in a Q&A session.
