We are popping up at COMMON ROOTS in November! 🌈 One of our favorite collaborators, might we add 💜This market will feature 30 queer, gender expansive, and allied creative vendors gathering in queer and trans joy for a cause! 🫂
📆 Saturday, November 14th
⏰ 12PM - 4PM
📍Common Roots in Albany
💰This market's beneficiary is The Pull Up Barber Project which is a community rooted mobile barbershop initiative that delivers free, trauma-informed grooming care directly to individuals across the Capital Region, in community spaces, shelters, partner facilities, and private homes. Founded on the belief that personal care is a fundamental human need, the project, removes transportation as a barrier. Every service is built around intentional consent, dignity, and genuine connection. We operate entirely through community centered mutual aid and organizational support to keep mobile grooming completely free for the community. Every dollar raised directly funds the mission across two critical pillars: Bringing a mobile barbershop unit to life and keeping haircuts free for the people.
Also, thank you to ParkAlbany for being our parking sponsor! 🌈
We cannot WAIT to gather in queer and gender expansive JOY! 🧡
