TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a body-based approach developed by Dr David Berceli that helps the body release stress and tension through natural, involuntary movements known as self-induced therapeutic tremors (SITT).In this one-hour taster session, delivered by Vicky, TRE Scotland, you will be introduced to the principles behind TRE® and learn how the body can naturally respond to stress and accumulated tension. You will have the opportunity to explore the approach in a supportive environment, discover how these gentle tremors work and develop a greater awareness of your body's responses.
This introductory session is an opportunity to experience the basics of TRE®, discover its potential role in relaxation and self-regulation, and find out whether you would like to explore the practice further. No previous experience is required.
