Remember, Remember… the 5th of November.
This Bonfire Night, join us at The Glasshouse for an intimate evening of whisky, fire and a little bit of Scottish history with Arbikie Highland Estate.
As the nights draw in, settle in around the fireplace in The Snug and discover Arbikie’s distinctive field to bottle rye whisky, made with rye grown, harvested and distilled on the family farm in Angus.
Rye may be an unconventional grain in Scottish whisky today, but its roots in our agricultural history run deep. Throughout the evening, the Arbikie team will take us from field to glass, sharing the story behind the grain, the estate and the drams themselves.
And because it wouldn’t be Bonfire Night without a little fire in the sky, if the Scottish weather is on our side, we’ll head out onto our rooftop garden to take in the Edinburgh skyline and hopefully catch some of the fireworks lighting up the city.
