300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Education to Enhance your Evolution – for those who hold a 200-Hour yoga teaching certificate.

Our team of experienced in-house teachers will support you on your journey of knowledge, skill, confidence and inspiration! Tuition includes unlimited yoga during the course ($834 value), supplemental online anatomy, history/philosophy materials, and opportunities to assist in Yoga One classes. The Yoga One 300 Hour Training is registered with MyCAA, University of San Diego (USD)and Yoga Alliance.

• 13 Weekends over 6 months, Fridays 6-8:30pm, Saturdays & Sundays 12-6pm.
