We are inviting artists, crafters, makers, designers, artisans, and small-business owners to apply for participation in the 2027 Philadelphia Arts, Crafts and Spring Vendor Festival.

Vendor spaces are limited, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Interested vendors are encouraged to apply early for consideration.

• Product Description — Please provide a detailed description of the products you plan to sell or display
• 2–4 Photos — Product photos and booth/display photos, if available

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Vendors selected to participate will receive confirmation along with additional information regarding booth assignments, setup procedures, event guidelines, and vendor arrival instructions.
