Join the City of Chicago's Department of Procurement Services (DPS) for the annual high-impact, in-person City of Chicago Procurement Symposium, a dynamic, citywide event designed to help businesses connect, compete, grow and succeed. The symposium brings together City departments, sister agencies, assist agencies, prime contractors, financial partners, business owners, and more to create direct pathways to contracting and capital opportunities.
Attendees will gain actionable insights from City leaders, prime firms, and local entrepreneurs on how to successfully navigate procurement, position their businesses, and compete for City work. The event features an exhibitor hall with City departments, prime contractors, and resource partners; panel discussions focused on contracting, certification, and business growth; and dedicated networking opportunities to build meaningful connections.
The Symposium will also include a targeted matchmaking session, giving small and diverse businesses the opportunity to meet one-on-one with prime contractors and explore real project opportunities helping firms move from introduction to contract.
