Join the legendary Dead Music Capital Band MEGA-Band for the annual Mystic Krewe of Chiroptera Halloween Parade in East Austin. Bring joy to your neighbors -- play in a huge brass band and soak up the smiles!Get ready to run away and join the haunted circus, because this year's Halloween Parade theme is "the Gravest Show on Earth".
