Explore the D’s 12 Bars of Christmas transforms downtown Detroit into one epic holiday party. Gather your friends, throw on your ugliest Christmas sweater, and spend the day visiting festive bars filled with music, drink specials, photo opportunities, giveaways, and nonstop holiday cheer.
The crawl runs from 1:00–9:00 PM, allowing you to check in and join the celebration during your designated arrival window. Follow the official crawl route, visit participating locations, and celebrate Christmas with hundreds of festive partygoers throughout downtown Detroit.

Age Requirement: 21+ with a valid government-issued ID
Check-in instructions, participating venues, and the official route will be sent to registered guests before the event. Guests may visit participating bars in any order unless otherwise noted.
Dress Festive
Ugly Christmas sweaters, Santa suits, elf costumes, holiday pajamas, reindeer antlers, and over-the-top Christmas outfits are highly encouraged. Prizes will be awarded to the best-dressed guests, so don’t hold back!
