🍂 108 Suns: An Autumn Equinox Ritual Twice each year, day and night exist in perfect balance. The Autumn Equinox invites us to pause, take inventory, and intentionally step into a new season.
Join us for a community practice honoring the arrival of autumn through breath, movement, and reflection.
Together, we'll move through 108 Sun Salutations at our own pace. Some participants may complete all 108. Others may modify, rest, or simply pause to breathe. Every way of participating is welcome.
This isn't about checking off a number.
It's about creating space to notice where you are, acknowledge what this season has taught you, and welcome autumn with intention.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, you're welcome here. Multiple variations of the Sun Salutations will be offered throughout the practice, and you'll receive a practice video afterward if you'd like to continue your practice at home.
✨ You do not need to complete all 108 Sun Salutations. ✨ You do not need to be an experienced yogi. ✨ You do not need to prove anything.
