Anahata Yoga’s Kids’ Yoga Teacher Training Course (100 hours) is one of the first accredited Certification Programme for Kid’s yoga in Hong Kong. Anahata Yoga offers a solid foundational grounding of yoga instruction and mindful yoga practices for children. Students learn the physiology and psychology of children of various age groups, and how to incorporate yoga to their leisure time as a hobby, a sport, and a discipline in a fun and creative way.“It takes a big heart to shape little minds,” it is said. At Anahata Yoga, students learn to teach kids’ yoga from the heart. At the end of our programme, students will be able to confidently teach yoga to children and design creative yoga classes for children of various age groups.
