Swamp City Roller Derby's annual breast cancer fundraiser is getting its biggest, silliest game of the day - a regular roller derby game with one very important addition:
🎡 THE WHEEL OF FUN JAMS! 🎡
Throughout the game, YOU can donate to spin the wheel and choose an extra rule or challenge for the next jam.
Want to make life harder for the skaters?
Want to mess with the officials?
Want to unleash some absolute derby chaos?
We'll be revealing the wheel's challenges on the day, so you'll have to come along to find out exactly what you're paying for. 😈
Put your money where your mouth is and spin the wheel!
🩷 Who will be the Breast/Best Dressed? Come dressed to impress in your finest pink, breast-themed or downright fabulous outfit and you could take home the prize!
Before we get to PARTY TIT, we've got two other games on the track:
🛼 HALF TIT — 1pm
🛼 FULL TIT — 3pm
Both games are part of the day's fundraising for breast cancer research, so come along early, grab a spot and enjoy all three games!
All donations go towards the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ to support breast cancer research.
💖 The story behind The Next Breast Thing
Our annual fundraiser began in 2017 when our own maDD honour, Jody Hare, was undergoing breast cancer treatment. Now a proud survivor, Jody and the Swamp City whānau continue to raise awareness and funds in support of breast cancer research.
So come dressed in māwhero/pink, bring your friends and whānau, bring some cash for the Wheel of Fun Jams, and get ready for a very special game of roller derby.
