以「知米傳壽」為核心概念，此限量系列最終版經五個階段，展現農口尚彥杜氏將畢生「釀酒工藝」傳承下一代的光景，集結其兩大招牌——「純米大吟釀」與「山廢」造法之大成。酒標設計為農口尚彥刻滿 70 多年追求的「雙手」，托舉支撐著肩負未來重任的年輕藏人「雙手」。
全球限量 888 瓶，另追加品飲一支夢幻逸品「夢造 Vol.1」。
"米壽" Commemorative Limited Edition Series (marking the 88th birthday)
Centered on the concept of "知米傳壽," this final limited-edition series unfolds across five stages. It embodies Master Brewer Naohiko Noguchi’s dedication to passing his lifelong sake-making artistry on to the next generation, culminating in a fusion of his two signature styles: *Junmai Daiginjo* and *Yamahai*. The label design depicts Noguchi’s own hands—weathered by over 70 years of pursuit—supporting the hands of young brewers who carry the future of the craft.
